The Pistons dropped a game to the Lakers but it wasn’t because of Reggie Jackson, who scored 18 points while notching seven rebounds, five assists and two steals to go with an 8-of-15 shooting line.
It wasn’t all roses for Jackson, as he had a few stretches of ugly possessions that elicited groans from the NBA TV crew. Still, his shooting is up, his turnovers are down and he’s looking healthy. Injuries derailed Jackson’s season a year ago but he’s currently sitting in the top-50. This represents a nice sell high opportunity since he’s got very little chance of climbing higher or sustaining this production, but we also understand if you want to ride out the wave with a player who you likely grabbed on the cheap in the draft’s final few rounds.
