The Racine Journal Times' Gery Woelfel reported that the Bucks have rescinded their qualifying offer to Jabari Parker who is expected to sign with the Bulls on a two-year deal worth in "excess of $40 million."
It looks like Parker's time in Wisconsin has ended and Jabari will be joining his hometown team. If he gets more than $40 million, the Bulls will have just committed a boatload of money to two players coming off knee surgery considering Zach LaVine also re-upped with Chicago. Gar-Pax strikes again.
