According to Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe, the “consensus” is that the Celtics will retain Jerebko at $5 million next season.
It all depended on Kevin Durant and where he was going to sign. Now that the decision has been made, Jerebko will be back with the Celtics playing behind a very competitive front-court that includes Al Horford and Kelly Olynyk. The 29-year-old forward can shoot the three ball pretty well making 39.8 percent from deep. He will not have enough minutes to be a reliable fantasy option.
Barring any more major #Celtics moves, consensus is that Jonas Jerebko will return next season for $5 million, which now looks like bargain
