According to Jonathan Feigen, beat writer for the Houston Rockets, Clint Capela is expected to start at center for the Rockets.
After losing Dwight Howard in free agency, the Rockets do not have much in terms of an elite rebounder and shot blocker other than Capela. He is their only current center but there is still a long way to go before the season starts. Capela was able to average 13.3 points, 12.1 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 1.4 steals on 58.2 percent shooting per 36 minutes last season and could be a sneaky pickup on draft day. If you plan to punt free throws, he would be perfect for your team only hitting 37.9 percent of his attempts.
Starting center. Hugely important at this point. Terrible defensive rebounding team lost its best rebounder. https://t.co/jx9DcQcDAw
