The Clippers are reportedly planning on entering next season without Milos Teodosic.
Teodosic finally made the jump to the NBA last season but dealt with myriad foot injuries that kept him sidelined for half the year. The report cites his health as one of the reasons that the team would like to move on, as well as a general desire to fill the backup point guard role with a younger player. Teodosic has a player option for $6.3 million but the Clippers would only pay him $2.1 million if they cut him before July 15. It's possible he finds a new NBA home as a high-IQ playmaker and 3-point shooter but he could just as easily opt to return to Europe, where the offers will surely be more lucrative.
