DeAndre Jordan is still undecided on his $24.1 million player option according to beat writer Brad Turner.
Jordan should be valued north of $10 million per year and some quarters by a sizable margin, but the market is tight. He had a notable decline in athleticism last season and he's starting to get top heavy, so a new contract this summer could easily look bad in a few years. Perhaps the market is more aware of that than it would seem, as Jordan still gets rated highly in the media and elsewhere. If he takes the option it's probably because his agent delivered some sobering news on the contract front.
