A source told ESPN’s Marc Spears that the Warriors are expected to rescind the qualifying contract offer to Festus Ezeli, making him an unrestricted free agent.
This comes as no surprise as the Warriors need to get rid of a couple of players in order to make room for their new superstar in Kevin Durant. He was not very impressive in the finals but as one of the last true centers out in the market, he should be receiving some phone calls in the near future.
With arrival of Durant, source says the Warriors will renounce their rights to the center Festus Ezeli making him an unrestricted free agent
