• Jeremy Lin
    G, Atlanta Hawks

According to David Aldridge of NBA.com, the Hawks plan on keeping Jeremy Lin after acquiring him in a trade with the Nets.

The Hawks are crowded at point guard and this report indicates that Dennis Schroder could be the guard on the move. Schroder made comments earlier in the offseason indicating he did not want to be part of a rebuilding team, leading to trade speculation. If Schroder is traded Lin would likely assume the back up point guard role behind Trae Young while playing solid minutes off of the bench. His value would take a slight hit coming off of the bench, but Lin could still provide decent scoring and three-pointers as a sixth man.
