According to Marc Berman of the New York Post, the Knicks and Luke Kornet have agreed to a one-year $1.6 million deal.
Kornet played 20 games for the Knicks this season and averaged 6.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 16.3 minutes. Being as it was Kornet's rookie season, it makes sense for the Knicks to give the 22-year old another year to develop and see where it goes from there. With Kristaps Porzingis likely out until after the All-Star break, Kornet could get more opportunity next season which would definitely increase his fantasy outlook.
