Due to a leg injury, Beasley will not play in Summer League.
The rookie is just trying to be cautious since last season at Florida State he had a rod inserted into his leg. The Nuggets have Jamal Murray and Gary Harris ahead of him so he can take his time to recover as he won’t have much playing time anyways.
Malik Beasley confirmed he won’t be playing at Summer League with Nuggets but is fully healthy. Team just wants to be cautious with him.

January 24, 2020, 10:29 pmReggie JacksonPG, Detroit Pistons
Reggie Jackson got the starting nod on Friday but was not too impressive as he went 4-for-13 from the field to finish the game with 14 points, with three rebounds, six dimes, one triple and two steals.
Jackson was a hot pickup after his 22-point debut for the Pistons on Wednesday. His eagerness was not rewarded tonight and this line is actually closer to par given his career averages.
January 24, 2020, 10:26 pmThon MakerC, Detroit Pistons
Thon Maker started for the Pistons on Friday and was actually serviceable as he put up 11 points (3-of-4 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), eight rebounds, two assists and one steal in 20 minutes.
Maker is still more of an ultra-deep-league special, considering he does not see 20 minutes a night on a regular basis.
January 24, 2020, 10:25 pmKris DunnPG, Chicago Bulls
Kris Dunn finished Friday's loss to the Kings with 10 points (4-for-6 shooting), six assists, two steals, a triple and a block across 27 minutes.
It was a solid night for Dunn, who has value as a steals steamer. He outperformed Tomas Satoransky again, who had eight points (2-for-7 shooting), four rebounds, two assists, a triple and a steal. Satoransky is trending toward being droppable.
January 24, 2020, 10:23 pmJA MorantPG, Memphis Grizzlies
Ja Morant recorded a double-double on Friday, tallying 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting with 12 assists and two rebounds in 32 minutes.
While the double-double was a welcome sight, owners want to see more from Morant. He was light on the peripherals, failing to record a steal or a trey in this outing. He's still a rookie and has a lot of room to grow. Expect bigger and better things from him as he gets more games under his belt.
January 24, 2020, 10:21 pmKyle LowryPG, Toronto Raptors
Kyle Lowry was aggressive on Friday, scoring 26 points (5-for-12 shooting), 13 made free throws, six rebounds, four steals, three assists, three triples and a block as the Raptors topped the Knicks 118-112.
Lowry took advantage of a less-than-stellar Knicks defense on Friday and he continues to chug along at a top-50 pace.
January 24, 2020, 10:19 pmPascal SiakamPF, Toronto Raptors
Pascal Siakam looked good on Friday, adding 23 points (9-for-15 shooting), seven rebounds, three assists, two triples and a block in 33 minutes.
Siakam was producing at a lower than expected rate recently, but his buy-low window may be slamming shut in a hurry as he's posted two big lines in a row now. Here he comes.
January 24, 2020, 10:15 pmFred VanVleetPG, Toronto Raptors
Fred VanVleet continued to produce with 16 points (6-for-12 shooting), nine assists, three triples and a steal in Friday's win over the Knicks.
VanVleet is showing no ill effects from his recent injury absence and is as consistent a point guard as there is in fantasy hoops. Continue to ride him out as long as he's active.
January 24, 2020, 10:11 pmDillon BrooksSF, Memphis Grizzlies
Dillon Brooks was solid for the Grizzlies on Friday, producing 27 points on 7-of-15 shooting from the field and 9-of-9 shooting from the line, adding three rebounds, four 3s, one assist and one steal.
Brooks has been one of the more pleasant surprises coming out of Memphis this season. He's emerged as a well-rounded two-way player, who has been a top-65 play over the last couple of weeks. There's no reason to expect him to dip too low from this range outside of the occasional regression-game.
January 24, 2020, 10:10 pmNorman PowellSF, Toronto Raptors
Norman Powell came off the bench on Friday to add 16 points (6-for-11 shooting), three assists, three triples, two rebounds and a steal in a Raptors win.
Powell continues to be on a hot streak and he's worth riding until he cools off unless you can flip him for a top-75 type asset. Serge Ibaka was also productive in only 20 minutes off the bench, scoring 14 points (6-for-11 shooting), two triples and two blocks.
January 24, 2020, 10:06 pmJulius RandlePF, New York Knicks
Julius Randle compiled 20 points (7-for-15 shooting), 11 rebounds, three blocks, two assists, a steal and a triple as the Knicks fell to the Raptors 112-118.
This is the type of line fantasy managers had in mind when selecting Randle in the early to mid-rounds in drafts. Unfortunately these nights have been too few and far between.
