According to Marc Stein of the NY Times, the Philadelphia 76ers plan to sell LeBron James' agent, Rich Paul, on the fact that they believe they still have a real chance at trading for Kawhi Leonard this offseason.
The 76ers do have a ton of assets, however the Spurs have been setting a high price for Leonard so far throughout the offseason. It's safe to assume that Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid would be off limits to San Antonio, leaving Markelle Fultz, Dario Saric and Robert Covington as the next best options. The 76ers could also offer some first round picks to the Spurs if it comes to that.
