Shelvin Mack played 26 minutes off the bench in Tuesday’s win, shooting 4-of-9 for 12 points with five assists.
Mack also chipped in two longballs this evening. This is especially notable because Dante Exum (10 points, 25 minutes) left the game with an injury and was unable to return, meaning Mack will presumably run the show until George Hill comes back. With the Jazz already a lock for the playoffs, they may choose to be cautious with both of their wounded point guards. Mack proved valuable as the Utah starter towards the end of last season and might be worth a speculative pickup if a low-end guard suits your needs.
