Richaun Holmes fouled out of Friday's contest against the Spurs, finishing his evening with 10 points (3-of-5 FG), six rebounds and an assist in 24 minutes.
Holmes was in a bit of foul trouble and saw significantly fewer minutes than fellow starters Harrison Barnes (37) and Nemanja Bjelica (30). As is to be expected, Holmes was not in top form as both the Spurs and the Kings played their first of eight seeding games in the NBA's Orlando 'bubble' at Disney World. He had only played in two games prior to the NBA pause due to COVID-19 after missing 25 games with a right shoulder injury. The Kings are a long shot to make the playoffs but Holmes will have at least seven more games to regain his footing a bit before the short offseason heading into 2020-21.
