Robert Covington made 6-of-11 from the floor and finished with 15 points, ten rebounds, three assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in Saturday’s win in Denver.
Covington broke out of a slump that saw him score eight points or less in the last three games. The double-double was his second in the last eight games and he’s been a decent source of boards this season to go with his 3-pointers. He’s still sitting as the number 25 player in 9-cat leagues and this could be the start of a hot-stretch for the notoriously streaky shooter.
