The Celtics first round pick, Robert Williams, has been dealing with knee tendinitis but is progressing and hopes to be cleared for 5-on-5 by training camp.
Williams fell far in the draft due to character and work ethic concerns but has the potential to be an impact, rim-running center. He has been working on conditioning along with strengthening his knee and said it has "been coming good so far." Even if healthy, Williams won't have much value as a rookie unless the Celtics are forced to play him due to injury.
