Rudy Gobert blocked five shots in Friday’s blowout win over the Suns, and also added 10 points, nine rebounds and one steal in 32 minutes.
Gobert seems to be right where he slotted in as a late-early round value — which is way later than he was drafted — and is driven by a dip of three rebounds per game and nearly four minutes per contest. Some of that is probably linked to the fact Derrick Favors has been better than expected, and the other half is the impact of the knee injuries. The only way we can see him changing his stat set is if Favors starts to decline.
