• Otto Porter Jr.
    F, Washington Wizards

The Nets desperately wanted Otto Porter Jr. before last season and now that the Wizards have essentially put their entire roster on the trading block, a Nets source called Porter “a perfect fit”.

Otto had a slow start so far this season, averaging just 10.6 points on 35.6 percent shooting from deep but at 6’8” he is a great option as a stretch four. The Nets would presumably have to send back about $20 million in salary in order to comply with league trade guidelines but the Wizards might also ask for a pick. Scott Brooks inserted Kelly Oubre into the lineup last night shifting Porter to the power forward position and Otto looked great playing 37 minutes and producing a double-double. He is currently returning top-75 value in 9-cat leagues and the buy-low window might be rapidly closing while a potential trade to the Nets could boost his value.
