• Russell Westbrook finished with a line of 30 points, seven rebounds, nine assists and two steals in 36 minutes on Wednesday.

Westbrook shot 9-of-20 from the field, 2-of-4 from three and 10-of-11 at the line. It was another monster outing for the MVP candidate who was dominant again. He continues to produce across the board and do it efficiently in the process.

  • Patrick Beverley
    PG, Los Angeles Clippers

Patrick Beverley (sore right groin) has been upgraded to doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

Beverley was ruled out earlier in the day, but now there looks to be a glimmer of hope that he will suit up. The doubtful designation doesn't look promising, but this is a situation to monitor against a bad Hawks defense and both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George sitting out.

  • Anthony Davis
    PF-C, Los Angeles Lakers

Anthony Davis (glute) and Rajon Rondo (finger) are available to play in Wednesday's game against the Knicks.

Davis and Rondo returned to the court for Monday's blowout loss against the Celtics and look good-to-go moving forward. Play both of them as you normally would.

  • Bruce Brown
    SG, Detroit Pistons

Bruce Brown (illness) is being ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game against the Kings.

This isn't ideal timing for Brown with Reggie Jackson making his return to game action for this one. The Pistons backcourt is going to be an interesting development to watch with Derrick Rose's name being mentioned in trade rumors and Luke Kennard working his way back to the court in addition to Jackson, as discussed above. Keep an eye on this situation.

  • Derrick Rose
    PG, Detroit Pistons

Derrick Rose will remain in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Kings despite the return of Reggie Jackson.

Jackson is going to get integrated into the offense while likely starting on a minutes limit. When Jackson is back up to full speed, he could reclaim his starting PG spot from Rose. Rose has been the subject of trade speculation, so this is a situation to monitor in the coming weeks,

  • CJ McCollum
    SG, Portland Trail Blazers

C.J. McCollum (left ankle sprain) was spotted going through a shootaround after Tuesday's practice.

McCollum has missed the past two games because of the ankle injury but seems to be on the right track to return to game action. The Blazers' next game is on Thursday against the Mavs. Check back in closer to tip-off to see what McCollum's status is.

  • Zach Collins
    C, Portland Trail Blazers

Zach Collins (labrum surgery) participated in solo workouts with both arms while also getting some shots up during Tuesday's practice.

Collins came into the season with some hype as the unquestioned starting PF for the Blazers before injuring his shoulder in the third game of the season. Collins is trying to get back before the season ends, but even if he does, there will be a few more options to battle minutes for than there was the last time he was healthy. He isn't likely to have an impact in fantasy leagues this season.

  • Jusuf Nurkic
    C, Portland Trail Blazers

Jusuf Nurkic went through a full practice on Wednesday, according to teammate Damian Lillard.

Lillard said that Nurkic went full speed and was took contact during the practice. While Nurkic isn't expected to return to game action until at least March, he remains a quality stash for teams that have an open IR spot or can afford it. He will surely have restrictions when he does return, but he has shown to be an across the board contributor as evidenced by the 15.6 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.0 steal he averaged in 72 games during the 2018-19 NBA season.

  • Nicolas Claxton
    PF, Brooklyn Nets

The Nets have downgraded Nicolas Claxton (shoulder) to doubtful for Thursday's game against the Lakers.

Claxton was injured when Giannis Antetokounmpo set a screen during the game on Saturday. He managed to play well on Monday but is apparently still dealing with the issue. If Claxton and DeAndre Jordan cannot play, Jarrett Allen will have a lot of responsibility.

  • Alfonzo McKinnie
    SF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Alfonzo McKinnie is expected to sign a second 10-day contract with the Cavs on Thursday.

McKinnie has played solid bench minutes over the last month. He's not a recommended fantasy play but does provide some rebounding.

  • Kyrie Irving
    PG, Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving (hamstring) is considered probable for Thursday's game.

Irving missed Monday's contest but is likely to face the Lakers. He has been a force during his first 15 games with the Nets. So far, Irving is averaging 26.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 6.9 assists.
