Russell Westbrook posted 19 points, eight rebounds and 15 assists in Friday's 123-110 win over the Pistons, also guaranteeing that he would average a triple-double for the third consecutive season.
Despite the accolades that his first such season earned, this may be Westbrook's most impressive triple-double campaign yet since he missed the beginning of the year with injuries and has often ceded the spotlight to Paul George for large chunks of the year. Westbrook did go 6-of-18 from the field and 6-of-10 from the line for a classic Westbrook game, but he's still money in five categories. The aforementioned George put up 30 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and four triples as his masterful season rolls on.
