A motivated Russell Westbrook made sure that the Thunder came away with the 121-112 win over the Wizards with 46 points.
“Angry Russ” came to play and play he did. While his other teammates were delivering on the offensive end, Westbrook made sure points were being put up on the board. He shot 19-of-29 from the field and 7-of-10 from the line. He also grabbed six boards, handed six assists, hit one trey, and got two steals. His six turnovers left his assist-turnover ratio with much to be desired but the important thing here is that they got the W. He may have fallen off from his 2016-17 fantasy performance but he’s been doing enough to be a more than reliable source of points, rebounds, assists and steals.
