Russell Westbrook put up a 31-10-5 line in Sunday’s 113-115 loss to the Wolves.
Westbrook was on fire in the fourth quarter and went 12-for-24 from the field and hit 5-of-8 from deep. He only had two turnovers and also swatted a shot. The Thunder were down two and with the last play of the game drew up a Westbrook drive and dish to a wide open Carmelo Anthony who drained a 3-pointer to lift the Thunder up one but Andrew Wiggins spoiled their evening with a buzzer beater near half court. It looks like the Brodie is more than willing to pass it up to his teammates and while his rebounding numbers will definitely take a hit, his assists may be near the same as last year.
