Ryan Anderson had a rough game on Wednesday night, totaling just two points on 1-of-7 shooting with six rebounds and a block in the Rockets’ home loss to the Lakers.
In this six-point Rockets loss, James Harden was good, losing Chris Paul was bad and Ryan Anderson’s +/- is most certainly the ugly. Anderson finished with a -22 in just 25 minutes on the floor. He got torched on the defensive end and when his shot isn’t falling, his value is nil. He was 0-for-3 from deep on Wednesday night, his third straight contest without a 3-pointer. He’s cooled off considerably and should be avoided in standard leagues at least until we know more about Paul’s injury.
