Serge Ibaka missed Friday’s practice due to routine knee soreness.
Magic head coach Frank Vogel stated that Ibaka’s absence was not due to injury, but just managing the body of one of his vets. Ibaka underwent knee surgery earlier this offseason and the Magic are playing it safe so they have him ready for the regular season. Ibaka’s numbers have began to take a dip over the past few years in points, rebounds and blocks. The 27 year old can be taken in the middle rounds of fantasy drafts.
