Serge Ibaka had a fine game in Phoenix, shooting 8-of-11 from the field and tallying 21 points, 13 rebounds, three 3-pointers and a block in Wednesday’s victory.
That’s more like it, Serge. He’s been looking rejuvenated lately and it’s pretty obvious when he’s going full blast and when he’s taking things easy. Ibaka has been an important part of Toronto’s success despite his decline in the fantasy world, though to his credit he now has a block in 15 straight games. The rebounding isn’t as high as it could be, as evidenced by the fact that this was his first double-double on the year (and just his second 10-plus game on the glass), but Ibaka is definitely improving as the year goes on. He’s got some room to climb for the rest of the season and should be able to work his way into the top-70.
