Serge Ibaka scored 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting (adding two triples) with six rebounds, three blocks, an assist and a steal in 33 minutes on Tuesday.
Ibaka is barely a top-100 player on the season, and has struggled to maintain top-150 status over the past few weeks. His block rate actually has been up over that stretch, but his rebounding and shooting efficiency has fallen off a cliff. Pascal Siakam has also been significantly eating into his minutes lately. Tonight was a reversal of nearly all of that, but it is hard to say this sticks with any certainty. He is too good to drop, and his trade value is limited, so owners have to hold on to him and hope that the Toronto big man rotation solidifies at some point in Ibaka’s favor.
