Seth Curry played 31 minutes in a loss to the Pelicans on Monday, finishing with 16 points on 5-of-9 from the field to go with 4-of-5 from the line, two 3-pointers, one board, seven dimes and one turnover.
Curry was able to crack 30 minutes of playing time tonight and helped his owners after posting a dud in the previous game. With J.J. Barea out again and Devin Harris generally not being able to handle very many minutes, Curry now has a decent path to success again. That didn’t translate very well previously, but the guy is still young and improving. He’s trending up in his last seven games by hitting treys and shooting efficiently enough to keep him in the top-75. If he’s sitting in your waiver wire for some reason, pick him up.
