Shams Charania is reporting that the Thunder are, for the first time, "receptive" to trade calls about Russell Westbrook.
It's an agreement between all parties here, as Westbrook does not look to be OKC's long-term point guard with their acquisition of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, nor does he seem likely to want to play through a rebuild. The Heat, Pistons and Rockets have all been mentioned as potential suitors while the Knicks are showing up as a big name on betting markets. Westbrook, who has four years left on his five-year, $206 million contract, is going to be tough to trade given the way cap space has been used up in free agency.
