The Sixers have switched up their starting five ahead of Monday's Game 4, replacing Robert Covington with backup point guard T.J. McConnell.
Covington has been mostly bad in this series while McConnell has given the Sixers a nice jolt with his superb play off the bench, so you can at least see where the coaching staff is coming from. Unfortunately the Sixers still lack players who can create their own shot. It's possible that McConnell's passing ability can help generate some cleaner looks, but he's less of a threat on the perimeter and the Celtics could opt to clog the driving lanes even more than they have been already.
