Garrett Temple was inserted into the starting lineup Wednesday against the Celtics, replacing Buddy Hield.
Hield has struggled with his shot thus far, connecting on 35.4% from the field and 22.6% over 4.4 shots per game from deep. Hield boasted percentages of 48.0% and 42.8% respectively in 25 games for the Kings last season. He’s a hold in deeper leagues, but may not provide enough outside of scoring and threes to maintain standard league. Temple was already averaging 23.8 minutes per game entering this contest and is a nice streamer option for threes and steals. Entering Wednesday’s action he’s averaging 2.0 treys and 1.3 steals per game.
