Rozier is coming out of a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds along with six assists, a steal and a blocked shot in Boston’s 113-96 preseason win over Philadelphia on Monday. The third-year guard is showing a command of the game at both ends of the floor after spending this summer working out in Cleveland, Los Angeles and Miami with former Celtics Jeff Green and Kelly Olynyk in addition to All-Star John Wall. Rozier said that this is the first year that he feels he has a clear role with the team, a situation that makes him more comfortable when stepping on the court. He is buried behind Kyrie Irving and Marcus Smart in the Celtics backcourt and it will be hard for him to earn more than 15-20 minutes per game.
