If the Pacers get solid results from the pairing of Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis, then it could be Thaddeus Young who loses playing time as a result.
The Pacers would be right to prioritize their youthful combo with Young set to hit free agency next summer on the other side of 30 years old, but we're not worried about any drastic cuts here. Young is not concerned by the prospects, however, saying, "I know those two guys are the future of this franchise and they want to play them together to see how it works out, but at the end of the day I'm just going to play and let things work themselves out and be me and do the things I do to help teams win games." He earns marks for his versatility and even if he slips down into the 30-minute range or slightly below he'll still have a great shot at returning top-100 value. Young seems likely to go undervalued yet again.
