The Pacers came up short on Sunday but can take some solace in the work of Thaddeus Young, who posted 16 points (7-of-9, 1-of-1 from deep), four rebounds and a steal.
Young’s performance comes after he scored six points in his previous two games combined. He hasn’t looked the same since spraining his wrist before the All Star break and has been well outside the top-200 over the last month. Most owners have rightfully moved on by now, but he’s a solid contributor in rebounds, steals and field goal percentage when he’s right. He could be worth a pickup yet, though we’d like to see him string some of these games together first.
