James Harden totaled 32 points, 11 assists, seven rebounds, one steal and two 3-pointers in the Rockets' disappointing Game 2 loss to the Jazz on Wednesday night.
It was a very nice line from the expected MVP. He even added 12-of-13 from the free throw line and only turned the ball over twice. On 15 occasions this season, Harden did the following: Scored 30 points or more, attempted at least 10 free throws and turned the ball over five times or less. The Rockets' record in those games? 15-0. So how in the world did the Rockets lose this game? Harden's 2-for-10 from 3-point land did them no favors as this offense is so heavily dependent on the long ball. Harden's 3-ball falling or not, it's a major feather in the cap for Utah to pull off something that hadn't been done all season.
