Tim Hardaway Jr. finished with 17 points, four assists, two boards, two steals and a block on 6-of-14 from the field and 3-of-7 from range in Monday’s loss to the Spurs.
Hardaway bounced back from a poor showing against the Grizzlies on Saturday en route to 29 minutes off the bench. The former Michigan guard has been shooting the ball at a 53 percent clip over the past two weeks as well as boosting his steal production with 10 over the last six games. The shooting is likely to regress back to around 46 percent, but the steal production could be a legitimate part of the young guard’s game going forward and if it continues could makes him a borderline add even in 8-team leagues.
