Tobias Harris was moved to the reserve unit in Friday’s loss to the Warriors but it agreed with him as he scored a season-high 26 points in 32 minutes.
Harris hit 8-of-14 shots, 4-of-6 treys and 6-of-6 freebies to go with seven rebounds and one assist. Getting more shots with the reserves could help preserve his fantasy value at a minimum, and likewise we saw Jon Leuer scale things back in the starting unit with eight points on 4-of-7 shooting, seven boards, two assists and one block. Both of them are must-own players and owners shouldn’t worry too much about their value, and the real loser tonight was Marcus Morris (two points, 1-of-7 FGs, three boards, three assists, three steals, 20 minutes). If the trend continues we’ll have to see if Morris should still be held.
