Tomas Satoransky played a game-high 42 minutes vs. the Magic on Wednesday, logging 13 points, nine boards, four assists and two turnovers to finish what was a very promising sophomore campaign.
Satoransky really sprung onto the scene after John Wall went down with his knee injury. The 6'7" guard was more known as a shooting guard prior to this season but he showed a comfort level and ability to distribute the ball fairly well in Wall's absence. Satoransky finished overall as number 160 but his last three months of the season – when he was playing starter minutes – saw him place 52 overall, making him one of the better adds of the season. The 26 year-old second-year player will be stuck behind Wall and Beal as long as they are all on the same team, but the Wizards found a quality player in Satoransky that can step up his playing time if needed.
