According to Jamie Hudson of NBC Sports Northwest, Portland is leaning towards starting Zach Collins at power forward next season.
Hassan Whiteside will likely start at the center position with Jusuf Nurkic still recovering from his fractured left leg. With Enes Kanter, Al-Farouq Aminu and Moe Harkless all moving elsewhere, the power forward position is wide open. If he can carve out a consistent role, possible 25-30 minutes per game, then he could be an incredible value pick in the late rounds of drafts.
