Trevor Booker scored 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting with 11 boards, four assists, a steal and a block on Sunday and played 31 minutes after Rondae Hollis-Jefferson exited the game with an ankle sprain after nine minutes.
The ankle sprain did not look good and owners are going to be crossing their fingers until the diagnosis for recovery time is out. Hollis-Jefferson has been killing it for the Nets this year and for fantasy owners as well, sitting just outside of the top-80 in value. If he were to miss extended time look for Booker and Jarrett Allen to pick up the slack. Jarrett Allen had seen his playing time increase in each of his past three games and was the first man off the bench for the Nets tonight, but was abused by Marc Gasol and was limited to 11 minutes to night. He’s a speculative add still and his rebounding efficiency is great with a higher potential for blocks than a guy like John Collins. The situation is still too unclear to suggest an immediate move, but if you’re looking for an upside stash, Allen might be your guy especially with Hollis-Jefferson looking at some time off.
