Trey Lyles started Wednesday's season opener and produced eight points (3-of-4 shooting) and 11 rebounds in 24 minutes.
The Spurs appear to have found a new way to mess with Jakob Poeltl's confidence, so that's cool. We wouldn't expect this arrangement to stick for long but Lyles is at least worth your attention in 20-team formats. Poeltl's still the better play long-term and had six points, four rebounds and a block in 16 minutes.
