• The Nuggets may have changed their depth chart, plugging Trey Lyles in as the starting power forward on Wednesday after making Kenneth Faried a DNP-CD in their last game.

While Faried hasn’t done anything to really lose the job, Lyles has been outstanding when he’s been given extended run. With The Manimal on the outs in Denver, or so it would seem given the years of trade rumors, it makes sense for the team to give the younger, more versatile Lyles a chance to shine. He’s worth picking up in standard leagues while he’s hot while Faried is on thin ice and is by no means a must-hold. Mason Plumlee may also be checking over his shoulder now, as Nikola Jokic is back tonight and the frontcourt rotation is going to tighten up considerably.
