• Tyler Ulis posted five points on 2-of-5 from the field and 1-0f-2 from deep in Monday’s blowout loss to the Grizzlies.

Ulis also chipped in two assists and two rebounds. The 15 minutes were the most since December and came after sitting out the previous two games. The young guard has no value right now, but the Suns like him and playing time could open up if Brandon Knight is traded before the deadline. The Suns have every reason to trade Knight and little to keep him, so there is a good chance he is traded. If that happens Ulis is the direct backup to Eric Bledsoe and could be given minutes in the later stages of the Sun lottery bound season. He does not warrant a pick-up now but don’t forget about him when the time comes.
