Tyreke Evans continued his renaissance with 23 points, nine rebounds, five assists, one steal and one triple in 34 minutes during Thursday’s loss.
Evans is looking healthy for the first time in years and looks completely at home with the ball in his hands. He’s been about the only bright spot this year for Memphis, and his expiring contract might make him very attractive around the trade deadline. Evans would be unlikely to have this much responsibility on any other roster, but that’s a bridge that fantasy owners and the likely-to-rebuild Grizzlies can cross further down the line. Keep him locked into all lineups for now, but just know that he could be one of the players who’s dealt a big blow in February.
