Tyreke Evans helped the Grizzlies to a 95-92 win on Monday by chipping in 16 points, five rebounds, nine assists, one steal, three blocks and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes of action.
There’s no debate about it — Evans has been one of the best waiver pickups of the year so far and doesn’t seem to be gearing down any time soon. He’s thriving in a ball-handling role for Memphis and has snuck his way into the top-50. That won’t last all year long so you can still sell high, but your leaguemates might not be willing to part with someone of equal value here. If you can swing a great deal then go for it, but don’t feel like you need to get rid of Tyreke by any means. The wheels look like they could stay on this year, health permitting.
