Wendell Carter Jr. is ready to show off all that he learned while being on the sidelines after undergoing thumb surgery saying, "Accidents happen and I got injured. But I feel it will help me come back better for next season."
Carter also talked about seeing how beneficial it was to watch how the veterans approach the game and how the position themselves and stay calm. Carter relayed how he saw the game slow down while watching from the sidelines, and knows what he needs to do to improve. Carter showed flashes in his rookie year and will look to show everyone that his injury wasn't a total waste of a season.
