• Wendell Carter Jr.
    C, Chicago Bulls

Wendell Carter Jr. was underwhelming in 17 minutes as the starting center for the Bulls on Wednesday night as he posted two points, five rebounds, and one block in the win.

WCJ got into a bit of foul trouble early in the first quarter and could not get into a groove for the Bulls as Bobby Portis (20 points) took care of offense in the post. It was not best outing from the promising rookie but the good news is that Robin Lopez didn't fare much better zero points and four rebounds in 21 minutes. Carter should eventually own this starting gig but he made need some ramping up over the course of the first few weeks of the season before he gets in gear.
