Wesley Matthews essentially disappeared on Friday night despite picking up 34 minutes of playing time, producing nine points, three assists, one steal and one triple on 2-of-6 shooting.
This is the deal with Matthews, who looks pretty far removed from his days as a top-60 force. There are nights when he picks up threes and steals by the handful but more often than not you’ll get muted totals on poor percentages. His stat set and occasional surges warrant standard league ownership but he’s not someone with a ton of upside at this point in his career.
