• Willie Cauley-Stein
    C, Sacramento Kings

Willie Cauley-Stein shot 8-for-13 in Tuesday’s defeat, collecting 17 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and a block in 31 minutes.

Cauley-Stein is sitting in the top-125 this season largely because of his defensive contributions. His 0.9 blocks and 1.1 steals per game are nice improvements after last season’s letdown, and WCS’s efficient scoring and solid rebounding give him a late-round floor if the defensive activity ever falters for a stretch. He should be getting more than the 27.5 mpg he’s seen on the season and will probably inch up towards 30 as the season winds down, so look for him to resemble more of a top-100 player over the final 21 games.
