Willie Cauley-Stein was quiet in his 29 minutes of action as the Kings got torched by the visiting Jazz on Wednesday.
Cauley-Stein managed seven points, eight rebounds and a steal on just 3-of-9 shooting. WCS has been a top-80 guy over the last month and clearly struggled going up against Rudy Gobert tonight. That makes him no different than a swath of other terrific players, so keep Willie in your lineups. He’ll have even more opportunities to feast as the Kings gear towards development over the last handful of games. Elsewhere, Darren Collison scored 12 points on 4-of-8 shooting with a pair of steals while Georgios Papagiannis added eight points, three boards and two assists in 20 minutes of work. And yes, those two are some of the positive notes.
