Willie Cauley-Stein scored nine points on 3-of-10 shooting (going 3-of-7 at the line) with six rebounds, two steals and a block in 30 minutes on Tuesday in a 101-95 win over the Sixers.
Cauley-Stein has been in a pretty serious slump over the past few weeks. He is sitting outside of the top-300 over his past four games on the back of sub-40 percent shooting from the field and a 55 percent conversion rate at the line. He won’t continue to shoot this poorly, but doesn’t have huge upside beyond a mid-to-late round player. He is one of the Kings’ more consistent players when it comes to minutes, so he is at worth a look if he was dropped as he should bounce back from this dreadful shooting of late.
