November 23, 2018, 7:32 pmWilly HernangomezC, Charlotte Hornets
Willy Hernangomez (ankle) was available to play on Friday vs. the Thunder but did not due to coach's decision.
It's good to hear Hernangomez's ankle injury isn't that bad but with just top-200 value in 9-cat on the season he isn't the most desirable player to own. He just doesn't get consistent minutes as a backup to make a difference in most formats.

November 13, 2019, 12:45 amAron BaynesC, Phoenix Suns
Aron Baynes put up shooting guard numbers on Tuesday as he hit four triples, scoring 20 points (6-for-10 FGs, 4-for-6 FTs) and adding six rebounds and three assists in a 123-115 loss to the Lakers.
Baynes has been a revelation with Deandre Ayton (suspension) out, and he's ranked 50th/36th (8-cat/9-cat) this season. He's unlikely to bring back much in a trade, so enjoy the remaining 16 games until Ayton returns. Also with a good game in the Suns frontcourt was Dario Saric with 18 points, seven boards, two dimes and four treys in 35 minutes.
November 13, 2019, 12:34 amKelly Oubre Jr.SF, Phoenix Suns
Kelly Oubre had an off night offensively, scoring just one point (0-for-5 FGs, 1-for-2 FTs) and adding just one assist and four rebounds in 19 minutes in a loss to the Lakers on Tuesday.
Oubre is hanging around the same spot he was in last year though many took him earlier hoping for a jump in production. There's still time for that, but it doesn't appear that he'll be a major breakout player this season.
November 13, 2019, 12:21 amKyle KuzmaPF, Los Angeles Lakers
Kyle Kuzma had his best game of the season, putting up 23 points (9-for-16 FGs, 2-for-2 FTs), four rebounds, three 3-pointers and one steal in 25 minutes in a 123-115 win over the Suns on Tuesday.
Kuzma looks to have levelled off around 25 minutes off the bench, which could be enough to keep him around in standard leagues. He got significantly more minutes in his first two seasons since the team was relatively barren most of the time. And even so, he provided just late-round value. He's a good player to try to sell based on his popularity.
November 13, 2019, 12:12 amNikola JokicC, Denver Nuggets
Nikola Jokic struggled from the field (7-of-19 shooting) but still managed to finish with 20 points, six rebounds, seven assists and three steals in 31 minutes on Tuesday.
Jokic is currently a top-40 value in 9-cat formats, a far cry from his #13 finish in 2018-19. That, if anything, is a buy-low window for the big man. Yes, the Nuggets are deep and there are a lot of mouths to feed and Jokic has looked tired and maybe a bit chunky post-FIBA World Cup, but expect his production to exceed the status quo as he works himself back into mid-season form.
November 13, 2019, 12:09 amRajon RondoPG, Los Angeles Lakers
Rajon Rondo (calf) made his season debut on Tuesday, dishing out seven assists, grabbing six rebounds and scoring five points with one trey in 14 minutes.
Last month, Frank Vogel said Rondo will start a lot of games at point guard this season. He probably won't get as many minutes as he did the last two seasons, but remember that he did average at least eight assists in both of those years. He'll be an attractive assists streamer, if not more, once he's up to speed.
November 13, 2019, 12:05 amJamal MurrayPG, Denver Nuggets
Jamal Murray had a solid outing in Tuesday's 121-125 loss to the Hawks, producing 18 points on 7-of-16 shooting with eight assists, three rebouns, one steal and one block.
Murray has had his ups and downs this season but will still average out as a mid-round play EOS. Monte Morris delivered 14 points (6-of-11 shooting) with three rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes off the bench.
November 13, 2019, 12:02 amAnthony DavisPF-C, Los Angeles Lakers
Anthony Davis led the Lakers to a win over the Suns on Tuesday with 24 points (9-for-17 FGs, 5-for-6 FTs), 12 rebounds, four assists, two steals, a block and a three in 38 minutes.
Davis caught an elbow in the ribs early in this one and had to get taped up and visit the locker room on another occasion for the same issue. He's put up the 3rd-best fantasy value so far, which is impressive considering his collection of injuries. He seems due for a rest day soon after having played in every game to this point.

November 13, 2019, 12:00 amWill BartonSG, Denver Nuggets
Will Barton was a sight for sore eyes on Tuesday, leading the Nuggets with 21 points on 8-of-16 shooting, nine rebounds, four assists, four 3s and one steal.
Barton has been a top-50 player so far this season and has shown no signs of slowing down. His resurgence was not something many accounted for, thinking Michael Porter Jr. and/or Jerami Grant would pose threats to his playing time. Alas, Barton has wound up thrilling his owners, surpassing his ADP with apparent ease.
November 12, 2019, 11:50 pmJimmy ButlerSG, Miami Heat
Jimmy Butler led the Heat to victory over Detroit with 20 points (6-for-13 FGs, 8-for-11 FTs), 13 assists, three rebounds and two steals in 39 minutes on Tuesday.
Butler is up to 17th/12th (8-cat/9-cat) in per-game ranks now. His 2.7 steals should drop a bit, but he's looking like he'll provide another top-20 season.
November 12, 2019, 11:49 pmAlex LenC, Atlanta Hawks
Despite being demoted to a reserve role on Tuessday, Alex Len rose to the occasion and delivered 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting, adding seven rebounds, one assist, one 3-pointer and one block.
There's nothing like someone taking your starting job to snap you out of your stupor of mediocrity. That's what happened to him tonight. Damian Jones drew the start but was unimpressive with eight points (4-of-5 shooting), three rebounds, two assists and one block. Expect this frontcourt shuffle to be an occasional occurrence, making it hard to trust either big man. Look elsewhere for your needs if you value stability.
